Reg-U-L8
Are you experiencing emotional challenges or do you know someone who may need help?
The Reg-U-L8 programme is designed to provide 1 to 1 support to young people who have been identified as starting to display anti-social, violent or abusive behaviour. For the young person to be considered for the programme they have to be in attendance of full-time education. The programme is usually carried out on a weekly 1 to 1 basis within the school environment.
Drawing & Talking
Drawing and Talking is a safe and gentle therapeutic approach, which provides an effective way for both children and adults to process emotional pain or trauma they may be experiencing.
People are impacted emotionally by many different events, struggles or traumas. Sometimes they are unable to make sense of how they are feeling and how those feelings are impacting on their happiness and ability to navigate the world.
Too often children and adults feel afraid to admit they need help around their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
Whether you are a child or young person, adult or grandparent, we all at times feel like we are struggling.
The important thing to know and remember is you are not alone, and help is available.
Domestic abuse & exploitation: bringing young people out of the dark & into the light of DAY
DAY is a unique multimedia programme that uses short films, advertisements and chart music to raise awareness and provide education about domestic abuse and exploitation in a relevant and exciting way. It is a 10-week course that has been designed to use with young people over the age of 14, although can be adapted for use with young people over 11 years.
1:1 Outreach
Our service is available on a 1:1 weekly basis
This service is available to children and young people who are, and have been, exposed to domestic abuse.
It is predominantly delivered in the education setting on a 1:1 weekly basis. This programme does not have a set time scale, due to the child or young person’s individual experiences, engagement and age.
The service is supported through a therapeutic approach and materials to overcome and understand the adverse childhood experiences.
